4. Outdoor LED display cleaning steps

Step1 : Dust removal: that is, dust blowing. The direction of dust blowing should be consistent, from left to right or from right to left. Use a professional electric brush to clean the dust or dirt on the surface of the display module. When cleaning, the pneumatic brush cleans horizontally and evenly, and it can be cleaned repeatedly according to the pollution degree and age or aging of the display screen.

Step2 : Cleaning: Use a sprayer to spray a special cleaning solution onto the surface of the module for preliminary cleaning.

Step3 : Secondary dust removal: Use a professional electric brush to clean the dust on the LED display module again. Note: The brush needs to be replaced for this cleaning. The brush can be reused but must be cleaned to avoid re-contamination.

Step4 : Secondary cleaning: Spray the special cleaning solution on the surface of the module to clean again to remove the dust left over from the secondary dust removal. According to the remaining dirt on the surface of the display screen, determine the ratio of cleaning solution to water. If there is not much dirt, you can spray it with clean water, and keep the direction of spraying from top to bottom or from right to left.

Step5 : Drying: It can be air-dried naturally under no special circumstances, such as high humidity, low temperature, etc. The surface of the display screen dries slowly and needs to be blown dry.

Step6 : Repair: Use a sprayer to evenly spray the special repair liquid onto the surface of the display screen for surface repair.

Step7 : Air-drying: It can be air-dried naturally under suitable conditions of temperature, humidity, and wind speed. In the case of low temperature and high humidity, it can be dried with an air gun, and the air pressure should be below 3 kg.
